This is a little bit ridiculous. Those kids aren't even M.J.'s biological kids, but they are Rowe's. And I heard that Michael never legally adopted the children either, so his family probably doesn't have a very strong legal case for getting custody.
And I always heard that MJ didn't have the best relationship with his family, so I'd be surprised if his family spent much time with the kids, which makes it even weirder that they'd fight so hard for custody.
